| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 웨어러블 웰니스 디바이스의 품질, 지각된 가치, 고객만족도와의 관계를 파악하고, 이들 요인이 고객만족도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 D시에 소재한 15개의 종합사회복지관에 근무하는 사회복지사 119명에게 3개월동안 웨어러블 웰니스 디바이스를 제공한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 20.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s coefficient, multiple regression의 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 웨어러블 웰니스 디바이스 사용자의 고객만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 지각된 가치와 제품품질이였으며, 이들의 설명력은 76%(F=124.77, p<.001)인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 웨어러블 웰니스 디바이스 사용자의 고객만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 지각된 가치를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안 마련과 함께 소비자의 요구를 고려한 제품품질 향상에 주력하여야 할 것이다. | - |
