The polarisation device includes: a cavity including a gain layer, the gain layer including a ferrous material, the ferrous material undergoing a phase change in response to an external stimulus to become an asymmetric crystal structure; the upper reflecting layer is formed on the top of the cavity; the lower reflecting layer is formed below the cavity; and a Radar frequency controller configured to control the Radar frequency of the polarisation device by providing stimulation to the gain layer.</summary>

The invention is characterised in that the head region (20e) has at least one channel (20f) which extends at least partially over the length of the carding element (20), wherein in the channel (20f) a pressure on the head region (20e) of the carding element (20) can be generated.
