dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we analyze the effect of the finite blocklength on the age of information (AoI) violation probability on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) communications. We first characterize the network model where the base station (BS) received the information from information generator (IG) transmit the information to the receiving UAV and the transmission model considering the retransmission scheme. We then introduce the concept of the AoI and analyze the AoI violation probability considering system. Finally, we show the effect of the blocklength on the AoI violation probability. © 2020 IEEE. | - |
