Abstract
This paper proposes a new smart lighting system for missing person detection. It takes long time for a conventional missing person detection to find missing persons because missing person differs from the picture over time. This paper attempts to reduce the scope to be searched out by detecting the color of the clothes worn by the missing. Thus, when the radar detects a moving object and then, the light is turned on and video is recorded. When the user sets the part of the recorded image to be detected by the user, the image and time are output by detecting the color in that area. These suggestions can reduce detection time rather than a person directly observing all images.
