Abstract
Synaptic adhesion proteins are central synapse organizers that serve to control the establishment, maintenance, refinement, and even elimination of neural circuits. Neuroligin-2 is a key factor in mammalian GABAergic synapse development. In this talk, I will discuss recent studies on additional neuroligin-2–interacting cell-surface proteins and their synaptic functions, which have been actively investigated in my laboratory
