Abstract
As interest in precision agriculture grows with smart agriculture, a variety of techniques have been developed for applying fruit farming techniques to enable proper pesticide and fertilizer spraying and irrigation using orchard tillage technology. Recognizing the path to implement precision agriculture in apple orchards is a fundamental problem. In this paper, we introduce a new multi - node detection algorithm for traveling path recognition for orchard Unmanned Ground SelfDriving Vehicle. It is relatively simple and easy to apply compared to the previous algorithm. Since the multi-lowest point detection algorithm detects multiple points in a single segment, more information can be obtained than a single feature detection. Therefore, it is advantageous to increase the detection rate of the traveling free space for a single image through application of the free space detecting system.
