- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다수의 발광 다이오드(LED)로 구성된 액정 표시장치(LCD)용 백라이트의 전원 공급 장치를 개시한다. 즉, 상기 다수의 LED 중 각각 단위 개수의 LED에 전원을 공급하는 다수의 파워 보드(Power Board)로 구성되며, 상기 각각의 파워 보드는 하나의 구동 전원을 통해 상기 단위 개수의 LED를 구동시키기 위한 직류 전원을 출력함으로써, LCD 패널의 사이즈 변동시 동일한 설계를 갖는 상기 파워 보드의 개수를 가감시켜 기존의 설계에서 LED 수량 증가에 따른 전원 회로의 재설계가 요구되지 않으므로, 전원 회로의 재설계로 인한 시간 및 비용상의 손실을 방지할 수 있다.
