- Abstract
- 본 발명은 균일계 모노며 액적의 형성 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리스티렌 비드(bead)와 같이 비드 형태의 폴리머 입자를 형성함에 있어서 액적의 형태를 균일하게 형성토록 함으로써 생성되는 폴리머 비드의 형태 크기 및 형태 균일성을 제고시킬 수 있는 균일계 모노머 액적의 형성 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 점도가 낮은 모노머 용액 이송시 분배판을 이용하여 모노머 용액을 한 점으로 집속시키고 집속된 모노머 용액을 멀티홀 분사판에 구비된 각각의 액적 형성 홀로 개별 이송시킴으로써 균일성이 더욱 향상된 모노머 액적을 형성할 수 있다.
