Abstract
기판 상부에 형성된 몰리브덴 전극; 상기 몰리브덴 전극 상부에 알루미나(Al2O3), 실리카(SiO2) 및 질화티타늄(TiN)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 1종의 화합물이 연속적으로 반복되어 형성된 주기적 패턴을 포함하는 중간층; 및 상기 중간층 상부에 형성된 CZTS계 광흡수층;을 포함하는 CZTS계 태양전지가 개시된다.
