- Abstract
- 본 발명은 표적 세포 분리 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 표적 세포 분리 방법은 시료 내에서 표적 세포와 상이한 제1 분리 물질을 분리하는 제1 분리 단계와 상기 시료 내의 제2 분리 물질에 결합 물질을 부착시키는 결합 단계 및 상기 시료 내에 상기 표적 세포가 남도록 상기 결합 물질이 결합된 상기 제2 분리 물질을 상기 시료에서 분리하는 제2 분리 단계를 포함하는 표적 세포 분리 방법을 포함한다.
