- Abstract
- 본 발명에 실시예에 따른 유기 광다이오드는, 제1 전극부 상에 배치되는 제1 중간층, 상기 제1 중간층 상에 배치되는 광활성층, 상기 광활성층 상에 배치되는 제2 중간층 및 상기 제2 중간층 상에 배치되는 제2 전극부을 포함한다. 여기서 상기 제2 전극부는, 상기 제2 중간층 상에 배치되는 제1 반사층, 상기 제1 반사층에 마주하는 방향에 배치되는 제2 반사층 및 상기 제1 반사층과 제2 반사층의 이격 간격 사이에 배치되는 광학스페이서를 포함하며, 상기 광학스페이서의 형성두께에 따라 목표 파장을 상기 광활성층 방향으로 제공할 수 있다.
