Abstract
로스팅 레벨 예측 방법 및 상기 방법을 수행하는 로스터기가 개시된다. 로스팅 레벨 예측 방법은 원두의 로스팅 공정 결과와 기계 학습 기법을 활용하여 로스팅 커브를 생성하고, 생성한 로스팅 커브를 통해 커피 원두의 로스팅 레벨을 예측하여, 하나의 정해진 로스팅 방식이 아닌, 본인의 목적에 따라 다양한 로스팅 기법을 테스트하고 최적화된 로스팅 기법을 제공할 수 있다.
