- Abstract
- 본 발명은 (a) n 종의 에너지를 순차적으로 피검체에 인가하여 각 에너지에 대한 피검체의 방출 파장 데이터를 수득하는 단계(단, n은 자연수임); (b) 상기 방출 파장 데이터를 이용하여 상기 피검체의 검출 이미지를 구성하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 피검체의 검출 이미지를 분석하여 결함의 존부를 판단하는 단계; 를 포함하는 비파괴 결함 검출방법에 대한 것이다.
