- Abstract
- 본 발명은 종말 작동체(10)와, 동력을 발생시키는 복수의 구동부(20)와, 상기 복수의 구동부(20) 각각에 연결되고 구동부(20)의 동력에 의해 작동되는 작동부(30)를 포함하여 이루어지는 평형식 매니퓰레이터(1)가 구비될 때, 상기 종말 작동체(10)와 상기 작동부(30)를 연결하는 링크부(400)가 더 구비되되, 상기 링크부(400)는 로드(rod) 형상이면서 탄성재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 초정밀 소형 구조를 갖는 평형식 매니퓰레이터의 링크부가 제공된다.
