- Abstract
- 힘 센서가 개시된다. 힘 센서는 제1 영구자석층, 제1 영구자석층 위에 배치되고 기 설정된 저항 값을 가지는 자기터널접합체 및 자기터널접합체와 이격되어 배치되는 제2 영구자석층을 포함하고, 제2 영구자석층은 외부에서 압력이 가해지는 경우 제1 영구자석층 방향으로 이동하고, 자기터널접합체는 제2 영구자석층의 이동에 따라 제1 영구자석층과 제2 영구자석층 사이에 형성된 자기장의 세기가 기 설정된 세기 이상으로 형성되는 경우, 기 설정된 저항 값이 변화하고, 기 설정된 저항 값의 변화에 기초하여 압력을 감지할 수 있다.
