Abstract
표시장치는 투명소재의 기판과, 반도체층과 반도체층을 사이에 두고 배치되는 전극들을 포함하여 기판 위에 배치되며 전극들 중 적어도 일부는 광을 통과시키는 복수 개의 트랜지스터 통공을 포함하여 일부 색상의 광을 투과시키는 박막 트랜지스터와, 기판에 배치되며 박막 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 연결되어 인가된 전기신호에 의해 광을 발생시키는 발광소자를 포함한다.
