- Abstract
- 미세 유동 장치 및 이를 이용한 표적 세포 분리 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 미세 유동 장치는, 생물학적 시료로부터 상기 시료 내의 제 1 물질을 분리하기 위한 미세 유동 장치로서, 회전축을 중심으로 회전가능한 몸체; 몸체에 구비되되, 시료 및 시료 내의 제 2 물질과 결합되는 자성 비드가 혼합되는 혼합 챔버; 몸체에 구비되되, 혼합 챔버와 연결되며 자성 비드가 결합된 제 2 물질 및 제 1 물질이 혼합된 혼합 시료가 분리되는 분리 챔버 및 분리 챔버 외부 일측에 배치되는 자성 부재를 포함하며, 분리 챔버 내에서 자성 비드가 결합된 제 2 물질 및 제 1 물질이 원심력 및 자력에 의하여 분리되도록 형성될 수 있다.
