- 본 발명에 따른 펩티드는 종래의 천연 인간 에리스로포이에틴에 비해 간단한 구조를 가지므로 조직-혈관방어막(tissue-blood barrier)의 통과가 용이하고, 세포의 보호 활성에 있어서 우수한 생리활성을 가지며, 생산비용이 적게 들어 경제적인 장점이 있으며 세포증식 부작용이 없어, 본 발명의 에리스로포이에틴 유래 펩티드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물은 뇌졸중, 신경계의 기계적 손상 또는 허혈성 손상, 심근경색, 망막손상 및 당뇨병 등 세포손상 관련 질환의 예방 또는 치료, 및 세포 손상 방지용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
