| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 비침습적 체외진단을 위한 경도 인지 장애 진단용 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 키트에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 비침습적 생물학적 시료인 분리된 콧물 시료를 이용한 S100A9 단백질 또는 이를 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하는 경도 인지 장애 진단용 바이오마커 조성물, 이를 포함하는 경도 인지 장애 진단용 키트, 및 경도 인지 장애 진단에 필요한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 바이오마커 조성물 및 키트는 소량의 콧물만으로도 경도 인지 장애를 진단할 수 있어 간편성, 및 경제성 측면에서 매우 우수하고, 알츠하이머 질병을 가진 환자 군과 경도 인지 장애 환자를 식별할 수 있어 경도인지장애의 치료 계획을 세우는 데에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다. | - |
