dc.description.abstract We demonstrate a highly sensitive hybrid photodetector based on graphene-CsPbBr3-xIx perovskite nanocrystals. This hybrid photodetector exhibits a high photo-responsivity of ∼108 A W-1 and detectivity of ∼1016 jones at an irradiance power of 0.07 μW cm-2 under 405 nm illumination. © 2016 The Royal Society of Chemistry. -
