| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 IL-2 표면 발현 세포외 소포체를 유효성분으로 포함하는 암 질환 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에서는 사이토카인-링커-PDGF 수용체 막관통 도메인을 포함하는 렌티바이러스 벡터를 이용하여 세포 표면에 유용 사이토카인이 발현된 면역세포, 및 상기 면역세포로부터 유래되며 표면에 유용 사이토카인이 발현된 세포외 소포체, 바람직하게는 작은 세포외 소포체(small extracellular vesicles; sEV)를 제조하였으며, 상기 세포외 소포체가 세포독성 T 세포의 증식 및 활성을 증가시켜 면역 항암 효능을 증대시키는 것을 확인한 바, 상기와 같은 효능을 가지는 세포외 소포체는 암 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 항암제 병용투여용 약학 조성물, 약물 또는 생리활성물질 전달용 조성물 등으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. | - |
