| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 세계적인 디스플레이 선진국인 한국과 대만의 디스플레이 클러스터의 성공요인과 발전단계를 분석하였다. 양 클러스터 사례의 주요관계자에 대한 심층적인 사례연구를 통해, 아산․탕정과 대남 디스플레이 클러스터의 핵심적인 성공요인과 발전과정에 대해 비교분석하였다. 먼저 정태적인 관점에서 클러스터의 핵심성공요인에 대한 선행연구 결과를 토대로 아산․탕정 디스플레이 클러스터와 대만 대남 디스플레이 클러스터의 성공요인과 혁신주체들의 특징을 비교분석하였다. 둘째, 동태적인 관점에서 디스플레이 클러스터의 초기 형성과정부터 최근 현황까지의 발전과정을 비교분석하였다. 마지막으로 한국의 아산․탕정 디스플레이 클러스터와 대만 대남 디스플레이 클러스터의 사례를 바탕으로 향후 ‘혁신클러스터’의 육성을 위한 정책방향들을 제시하였다. | - |
