| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 IT 및 BT산업분야에 대한 기술정책의 효과를 비교 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 우선, IT 및 BT 산업의 특성을 선행연구 및 문헌분석을 통해서 도출하였다. 그리고 선행연구 등에 대한 문헌분석을 토대로 기술정책을 수요 및 공급정책으로 구분하고 산업자원부의 이노비즈 대상 핵심 사업들을 기술수요 및 기술공급 정책으로 분류하였다. 이윽고 선행연구들을 토대로 IT 및 BT산업별 기술수요 혹은 기술공급 정책의 유효성에 대한 가설을 설정하고 IT 및 BT 분야 첨단 기술기반 기업들에 대한 설문조사를 통해 각 산업별로 기술수요 정책과 기술공급 정책의 통계적 유효성의 정도와 방향을 검정하였다. 마지막으로 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 IT 및 BT 산업별로 적합한 기술정책 유형과 방향에 대한 정책적 함의를 도출하였다. |
