- Abstract
- 본 발명은 비콘이 전송하는 비콘 신호를 이용하여 시설물의 고장 여부에 대한 신고가 가능한 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 비콘을 이용한 시설물 관리 시스템은 시설물의 동작 상태를 감지한 센서값을 센서로부터 전달 받고, 시설물의 동작 상태에 대한 비콘 신호를 전송하는 비콘 및 센서값이 시설물의 고장 상태 정보를 포함하는 경우, 고장 상태 정보를 포함하는 비콘 신호를 전송 받은 비콘 수신기로부터 고장 알림 신호를 전송 받는 서버를 포함한다.
