- Abstract
- 본 발명은 차량에 탑승한 사용자가 운전자인지 여부를 판단하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 운전자 판단 장치는 센서가 획득한 데이터를 이용하여 사용자의 동작 상태와 차량 탑승 방향을 인식하는 사용자 동작 인식부와, 사용자의 동작 상태가 기설정된 동작 상태 순으로 변하는 경우, 사용자가 탑승한 차량의 문이 닫히는 이벤트가 발생하는지 여부를 감지하는 이벤트 감지부 및 이벤트가 발생한 경우 차량 시동 시 변화되는 자기장값의 변동폭 검출결과를 이용하고, 차량의 주행 방향 산출 결과에 따라 사용자가 운전자인지 여부를 판단하는 운전자 판단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
