| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 PTEN(Phosphatase and tensin homolog) 융합 단백질 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 형광단백질 및 FKBP(FK506-binding protein)으로 구성된 CFP-FKBP 단백질의 C-말단과 PTEN 단백질의 일부인 포스파테이즈 도메인(phosphatase domain; PD); C2 도메인(C2 domain; C2); C-말단 PDZ 결합 도메인(PDZ binding domain; PDZ-BD)으로 구성된 PTEN(Phosphatase and tensin homolog) 융합 단백질은 인위적 단백질 이동기술(chemically-inducible dimerization)에 의해 효과적으로 세포막으로 이용한 다음, PI(3,4,5)P3를 선택적으로 탈인산화 시키는 것을 확인하였으므로, 상기 PTEN 융합 단백질은 PI(3,4,5)P3의 직접적인 조절에 의한 세포 내 생물학적 현상을 연구할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, PTEN의 변이 또는 PI(3,4,5)P3의 과발현에 의해 유도되는 암 등의 질환 치료제로 활용할 수 있다. | - |
