Abstract
본 발명은 인체 삽입형 프루브 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일면에 따른 유연한 인체 삽입형 프루브 장치는 외부로부터 전원을 인가 받고, 유연 구조로 제작되어 밴딩되며, 플렉서블한 기판 위에 배치되는 평면 복합 전극을 포함하되, 기판을 기준으로 그 상부로 돌출되어 다발로 형성되는 나노 구조체와, 그 구조체 위에 코팅된 금속 박막 및 전도성 유기물 구조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
