- 본 발명은 금속 전구체를 증착하여 광흡수층을 형성하는 단계; 및 도펀트 물질로 상기 광흡수층을 도핑하는 열처리 단계를 포함하는 박막 태양전지 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 열처리 단계를 통하여, 박막 태양전지의 광흡수층이 최적의 효울을 나타내는 밴드갭을 가지도록 조절하는, 박막 태양전지 제조방법 및 제조된 박막 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
