| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 면역크로마토그래피를 이용한 히스티딘-태그(histidine-tag)를 포함하는 단백질 검출방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 히스티딘-태그가 고정된 나노입자(polymer particle)를 이용한 면역크로마토그래피 방법은 타켓 단백질 특이적인 항체 없이도 히스티딘-태그에 특이적인 항체만을 이용하여 히스티딘-태그를 가진 단백질(재조합 단백질)을 빠른 시간 내에 검출할 수 있으며, 또한 별도의 기기 없이도 정확하고 간편하게 시료 속에 포함된 히스티딘-태그를 가진 단백질을 정량할 수 있는 효과가 있다. | - |
