Abstract
본 발명은 금속-황화 물질 등으로 구성된 전구체를 셀렌화 열처리 또는 황화 열처리하여 CZTS(Se)계 박막 태양전지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 고온 열처리시 발생하는 MoSe2 층을 제어하고, 광흡수층 박막 내의 S/Se의 조성비 조절이 용이한 열처리 공정 방법에 관한 것이다.
