Abstract

본 발명의 일실시예는 3차원 구조 고체 물질로 이루어진 슈퍼 커패시터에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 3차원 탄소 플라워 구조의 전도성 지지체 및 상기 전도성 지지체 상에 위치하는 Mo2C 나노입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼 커패시터용 전극 소재를 제공하는 것에 관한 것이다.
