| dc.description.abstract | 무선 접속 네트워크에서 복수의 계층 간 로드 밸런싱(balancing)을 수행하는 전자 장치가 개시된다. 본 전자 장치는 복수의 계층의 현재 시점 이전의 시간 구간 별 전체 부하값이 저장된 저장부 및 저장부에 저장된 적어도 하나의 시간 구간의 전체 부하값에 기초하여 현재 시점 이후의 시간 구간의 복수의 계층의 전체 부하값을 산출하고, 산출된 전체 부하값에 기초하여 복수의 계층 각각의 부하값을 산출하며, 산출된 복수의 계층 각각의 부하값에 기초하여 로드 밸런싱을 수행하는 프로세서를 포함한다. | - |
