Abstract
본 발명은 이중 반응형 양친매성 화합물, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 약물 전달체에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세하게는 티올 화합물 및 활성 산소 농도가 높은 부위의 질환에 대해 약물 전달체가 쉽게 붕괴되면서 질환 부위에 선택적으로 많은 양의 약물을 단시간 내에 효과적으로 방출시켜 약물의 치료 효능이 극대화된 약물 전달체 제조에 사용될 수 있는 이중 반응형 양친매성 화합물에 관한 것이다.
