본 발명은 안티몬 칼코할라이드 광활성층의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는, 기판상에 안티몬 칼코게나이드 화합물을 형성하는 단계(단계 1); 상기 단계 1에서 형성된 안티몬 칼코게나이드 화합물상에 할로겐화안티몬을 포함하는 용액을 스핀코팅하여 상기 안티몬 칼코게나이드 화합물상에 할로겐화안티몬을 증착하는 단계(단계 2); 및 상기 할로겐화안티몬 및 안티몬 칼코게나이드 화합물이 증착된 기판을 가열하여 안티몬 칼코할라이드 광활성층을 형성하는 단계(단계 3);를 포함하는 안티몬 칼코할라이드 광활성층의 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것이다.
