본 발명은 트레드밀에 부착된 센서들의 측정 값으로부터 확인되는 사용자의 무게중심위치와 모멘트위치를 활용하여 사용자의 낙상 위험을 효과적으로 판별하기 위한 낙상위험판별장치 및 그 동작 방법을 제안한다.
