Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예로써 마이크로 디스크가 제공된다. 마이크로 디스크는 고품위값의 휘스퍼링 갤러리 모드를 가지며, 휘스퍼링 갤러리 모드는 방향성을 갖고 발진하고, 마이크로 디스크의 측면에는 유전체가 코팅되어 형성되는 제1 코팅층; 및 제1 코팅층 상에 형성되며, 하나 이상의 단분자막 또는 고분자막을 포함하는 제2 코팅층;을 포함하고, 유전체는 산화물 또는 질화물일 수 있다.
