| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 생체 조직을 처리하기 위한 방법, 레이저 처리 장치 및 대기압 질량분석 이미징 시스템에 관한 것으로, a) 근적외선 및 가시광 대역의 레이저광의 에너지를 흡수하는 전처리물질 용액을 준비하는 단계와, b) 상기 전처리물질 용액을 처리 대상 생체 조직에 도포하여, 전처리물질이 생체 조직의 막 내부로 흡수되도록 하는 단계와, c) 전처리 물질을 흡수한 생체 조직에 근적외선 및 가시광 대역의 레이저광을 집속하여 조사하여 상기 생체 조직을 처리하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
