본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 혼돈 나노와이어 또는 혼돈 마이크로와이어에 있어서, 와이어의 단면은 와이어의 단면 공간에 중첩되는 복수개의 공명모드들이 형성되도록 하는 2차원 혼돈 공진기 형태를 가질 수 있다.
