- Abstract
- 본 발명은 산화막 버퍼층을 포함하는 박막 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 자세하게는 후면전극과 광흡수층 사이에 산화막 버퍼층을 형성함으로써 후면전극과 광흡수층 사이의 계면 제어를 통해 광전환 효율 및 전지특성이 향상된 박막 태양전지 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 박막 태양전지는 후면전극과 광흡수층 사이에 산화막 버퍼층을 형성시킴으로써 계면에 발생하는 공극(void)을 감소시켜 보다 균일하고 조밀한 박막을 가질 수 있으며, 광흡수층 전구체의 구성 원소(Cu, Zn, Sn)와 VI족 원소(Se,S)가 몰리브덴 후면전극으로 확산하는 것을 억제함으로써 광흡수층과 후면전극의 전기적 접합을 향상시켜 광전환 효율이 우수한 이점을 갖는다.
