본 발명은 광 다이오드 및 이를 포함하는 광전 소자에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 광 다이오드는 기사광선 영역에 대해 무흡광성을 갖는 n형 반도체와, 녹색광 선택성 p형 반도체 소재를 평면이종접합하는 간단한 방법으로 암전류 발생을 저하시키고, 색 선택성이 우수한 광 다이오드를 제조할 수 있다.
