Abstract
본 발명은 소수성 표면의 산화몰리브덴 나노입자를 포함하는 산화몰리브덴 박막 및 이를 포함하는 태양전지에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 산화몰리브덴 박막은 산화몰리브덴 나노입자 표면을 소수성으로 개질하여 광활성층 표면과의 계면 결함을 방지하여 접착성을 향상시키며, 상기 산화몰리브덴 박막을 정공수송층으로 사용한 태양전지의 효율을 향상시키고, 종래의 PEDOT:PSS에 의해 광활성층이 부식되는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
