Abstract
본 발명은 열전 소재 및 그를 이용하는 열전 소자 모듈에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 이차원 구조 나노 시트 열전 소재는 두께가 500 nm 이하이고, 50 K 내지 350K 구간에서 전기 전도도가 동일한 소재의 벌크 구조에 비해 10 배 이상인 것이다.
