- Abstract
- 본 발명의 일 실시예로서 달걀 형상의 마이크로 디스크가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 디스크는 한 쪽 방향으로의 발진의 세기가 다른 방향으로의 발진의 세기에 비해 더 강해, 단일 방향으로 발진하는 마이크로 디스크로써, 이러한 마이크로 디스크는 장축과 단축의 길이가 각각 다른 타원에서 장축의 제 1 및 제 2 측부의 길이를 고정시키고 장축의 위치에 따라 단축의 길이를 변형시킨 타원이 변형된 모양으로 달걀(oval) 형상일 수 있다.
