일 실시예에 따른 초음파 센서는, 평면 형태로 마련된 제1 초음파 발생부; 및 돔 형태로 마련된 제2 초음파 발생부;를 포함하고, 상기 제1 초음파 발생부는 제1 측정 대상을 향하여 평면파 형태로 제1 초음파를 발생시키고, 상기 제2 초음파 발생부는 상기 제1 측정 대상으로부터 이격 배치된 제2 측정 대상을 향하여 집속되는 형태로 제2 초음파를 발생시킬 수 있다.
