- Abstract
- 본 발명은 살아있는 생체 시료의 분석을 위한 고해상도 대기압 질량분석 이미징 시스템에 관한 것으로, 생체 조직을 지지하며, 레이저광의 에너지를 흡수하여 열을 발생시키는 광열기판과, 근적외선 및 가시광 대역의 레이저광을 상기 광열기판의 저면을 통해 조사하는 레이저 처리 장치와, 상기 생체 조직에서 탈착되는 분석물질을 이온화시키는 이온화부와, 상기 이온화된 분석물질을 포집하여 질량을 분석하는 질량분석기를 포함한다.
