Abstract
본 발명의 일실시예는 인공시냅스 소자 제조방법을 제공한다. 이때, 상기 인공시냅스 소자 제조방법은 기판 상에 제1전극을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1전극 상에 제1저항변화층을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제1저항변화층 상에 산소플라즈마 처리를 통해 상기 제1 저항변화층의 상부영역을 제2저항변화층으로 형성하는 단계 및 상기 제2저항변화층 상에 제2전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
