Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시 예는 초소형, 박막형 에너지 저장장치의 전지 용량을 높이기 위해 광감응 재료를 포함하는 음극 활물질 및 투명 전도성 기판을 제공한다. 또한, 투명 전도성 기판 및 상기 투명 전도성 기판 상에 형성되는 음극 활물질층을 포함하는 리튬이온 2차 전지 및 리튬이온 커패시터를 제공한다. 충방전 중에 음극에 빛을 조사 시 광전자가 추가로 생성되어 기존 용량보다 증가된 에너지를 공급할 수 있다.
