| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 a) 아세톤, 알코올 및 탈염수에서 순차적으로 초음파 배쓰(bath)로 기판을 세정하는 단계; b) 스퍼터링 방법을 통해 SiO2 및 TiO2 타겟을 이용하여 SiO2/TiO2 스태킹 층(stacking layer)을 증착하는 단계; c) 증착된 다층 필름에 대하여 30 내지 150 분간 200 내지 600℃ 의 온도로 어닐링 처리하는 단계; 를 포함하는 SiO2/TiO2 다층 구조 필터의 제조 방법에 대해 개시하고 있으며, 상기 제조된 SiO2/TiO2 다층 구조 필터를 액정 표시 장치, LED 혹은 OLED 에 결합하여 어닐링 온도를 어닐링 온도를 달리함으로써, 색순도 조절을 보다 쉽게 조절할 수 있는 점을 개시하고 있다. | - |
