본 발명은 복수 개의 방이 구비된 시설에서 사용자가 이용하는 서비스에 따라 과금을 수행하는 과금장치 및 과금 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 복수 개의 룸 중 이용하고자 하는 룸 또는 룸에서 이용할 서비스를 선택하는 메뉴를 제시하고, 메뉴에서 선택한 룸 또는 룸에서 이용할 서비스에 따라 과금을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
