Abstract
본 발명은 나선형 전도성 섬유 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 일실시예에 따른 나선형 전도성 섬유로 연결된 전자 소자는 PDMS(Poly-dimethylsiloxane)로 코팅된 나선형 전도성 섬유와, 나선형 전도성 섬유의 내부 나선 직경(Helical diameter)과 동일한 직경을 갖는 원기둥 연결부를 통해 나선형 전도성 섬유와 연결된 메탈 홀더 및 메탈 홀더와 연결된 전자 소자를 포함할 수 있다.
